Maxi Belted Trench Coat

At 44 inches this one falls past the knee and keeps going, which changes everything about how it moves — it sweeps instead of stopping short, and it covers whatever you’ve got on underneath. Every classic trench element is here and they all work. Notch collar lapel, epaulettes, double-breasted buttons, storm flap and back rain guard, adjustable cuff tabs, a back vent so you can actually walk. Soft shoulder pads give it shape without making it stiff, and it’s fully lined.

The self belt is the part you’ll use most. Cinch it for a defined waist, or leave it open and let the whole thing drape.

Fit note: Cut to layer over sweaters and knits — take your usual size. At 44" this falls below the knee on most and closer to the ankle on a petite frame, which is the look.

Care: Machine wash cold, inside out and separately. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Cool iron if needed, or dry clean.
