• All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase during business hours.

• We proudly ship using USPS Priority Mail, which includes $100 of insurance for added peace of mind.

• Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues once your package has left our store.

If you are not completely satisfied:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund (item must be returned within this window).

• Returns made within 14 days of receipt are eligible for store credit, valid for 60 days from issue date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
