Almost entirely cotton, with just two percent stretch — enough to be comfortable, not enough to go soft on you by lunch. This is structured denim. It stands up, it holds its line, and it looks the same at six o'clock as it did at eight.

Paneled seams run down the outside of each leg, and that's what gives the Meg its clean architectural shape. It's a quiet detail doing a lot of work: it keeps a wide leg looking deliberate instead of just roomy.

The 10¼" rise sits at your natural waist. The leg falls wide to a 22" opening and stops at 26½" — an ankle length, cut that way on purpose. Sandals now, loafers and boots come October.

Milk Tea is the reason to reach for these instead of your blue pair. A soft medium tan that works with white, cream, black, and olive, and reads a little more considered than indigo without appearing to try.

How it's meant to fit: A true high rise that sits at the natural waist, cut wide through the leg with paneled side seams that keep the line clean. This is a low-stretch, structured denim — it holds its shape rather than relaxing through the day.

On length: The 26 1/2" inseam is an ankle length by design. On most heights it hits right at or just above the ankle bone. If you're taller, expect a cropped look — which is exactly right with a sandal, a loafer, or a low boot.
